 The Perfect Cheese Ball
      
1 tub (8 oz) cream cheese spread

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup dried cranberries

2 Tbsp. port wine

½ cup chopped pecans

¼ cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup

Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cranberries and wine until well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into ball; coat with pecans. Place on serving plate; drizzle with syrup. Serve with crackers or veggies.

The 'Friday Night, on the Liberty Theatre stage' entertainment will be CITY MOON, an Oklahoma Country Band that has opened for 26 of country music's hottest acts like Trace Adkins, Mark Chestnut, David Ball, Lee Roy Parnell, Wade Hayes, Asleep At The Wheel, Merle Kilgore, The Texas Playboys.....

CITY MOON made history as the only American band ever to perform twice in Schieusingen, Germany.  This city of 3,000 people caters to one of the top 10 country music festivals in Europe and boasts attendance at over 10,000 spectators.

This year our entertainers will be performing on the NEW Centennial Park Stage!!

Our new Centennial Park has a performance stage with electrical outlets, a brick backdrop complementing the restored downtown business fronts, rounded earth berms to enhance stage acoustics, attractive public restrooms, a nostalgic lamppost clock, a commemorative brick walkway, a large American flag mural on the west side of Clewell's building, a tipi form and light posts suggesting the rural skyline of utility poles and an evergreen tree planted at Christmas 2001 that should gradually grow into serving as the community Christmas tree.
