The Perfect
Cheese Ball
1 tub (8 oz) cream cheese spread
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. port wine
½ cup chopped pecans
¼ cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cranberries and wine until well blended. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into ball; coat with pecans. Place on serving plate; drizzle with syrup. Serve with crackers or veggies.

Steve Crawford’s hypnosis show begins by including a few
demonstrations involving everyone in the audience!
In one example, Steve causes the audience to see his head grow
larger and larger on his command.
Then after a count to 10, his head shrinks to the size of a
lemon! But those who come
on stage are the real “stars”.
They become famous singing stars, super models, and even space
aliens. Volunteers also do
the twist in a Chubby Checker dance contest.
The participants in Steve’s show remember that they had a fun
experience, but the audience will have to fill them in on the details.
They learn to sleep better at night and feel greater confidence
and success in everything they do.
