Watonga Cheese & Wine Festival!

Cheese & Wine
Watonga Cheese Festival has partnered with Oklahoma Grape Industry Council (OGIC) to host the second statewide wine competition, featuring an esteemed panel of judges from throughout Oklahoma.
Festival Attendees are invited to participate in the judging with the "Peoples Pairing", offering a souvenir glass, tasting of the wines and pairing them with cheeses.  (Additional fee applies.  21 and over only)

Here are some great entertainers from last year, leading up to a great act Saturday afternoon on the Devon Energy Stage...  Stay posted for the 2014 entertainment list!

Kinsey Sadler vocals contain the strength of Miranda Lambert, Gretchen Wilson and the pure honesty of Faith Hill, Martina McBride. With gold and platinum song writers Don Goodman and Heidi Newfield contributing to her first CD, her style is edgy and yet pure. Kinsey's real strength is in her live performance. Her performance is electrifying without the hoopla of high production stage shows. It's a pure performance of country rock soul.

Quilt Show

Quilt Show

From vintage scrap quilts, put together by hard working farm wives using nothing more that clothing scraps, to modern day machine embroidered masterpieces, the Watonga Cheese Festival Quilt Show is a fabulous demonstration of the art behind quilting.

Located at the Watonga City Hall on both Friday and Saturday, stop in to marvel at the talented handiwork from past and present.

If you are interested in displaying your quilts, we would be happy to hear from you at 580-623-5452.

We are excited to add the OGIC Wine Competition to the Watonga Cheese & Wine Festival. Click here to watch the Oklahoma Live segment about the competition and how Festival attendees can participate:
